Since the declaration of the "ceasefire"(18/1/2009) and till the end of 2010, at least 3 fishermen have been killed by IOF, at least 12 fishermen have been injured by gunfire (and another one sustained burns after shelling) in the sea, while another 5 have been reportedly injured on shore by Israeli shelling (among other Palestinian civilians including children). 94 abductions have been reported (at least 2 fishermen abducted twice) and 39 "confiscations" of fishing boats. Several fishing boats have been returned but with damages and equipment missing, and at least one hassaka was stolen again.
