PCHR weekly report 12-18/3/2009: 1 fisherman seriously wounded by israeli gunshots

At approximately 06:00, IOF naval troops opened fire at a number of Palestinian fishermen at Beit Lahia coast in the northern Gaza Strip. A fisherman, Deeb Kamel al-Anqah, 23, was seriously wounded by several gunshots to the chest and hands.
