At approximately 11:00, Israeli gunboats stationed opposite to al-Sudaniya area in the northern Gaza Strip opened fire at Palestinian fishing boats. A fisherman, 23-year-old Mohammed 'Othman Baker, was wounded by shrapnel to the face.
