At approximately 8:30 pm on Sundaym 24 May 2015, Israeli gunboats opened fire at Palestinian fishing boats which were in the Gaza sea north and west the Al Waha area-near the maritime borders- west of Beit Lahiya in North Gaza district. No injuries or causalities were reported.

At approximately 08:30 on Sunday, 24 May 2015, Israeli
gunboats opened fire at the fishing boats sailing within 3 nautical miles off
al-Waha shore. The shooting continued
for around 20 minutes.
At approximately 19:00 on the same Sunday, Israeli
gunboats stationed off west of Rafah City in the southern Gaza Strip
sporadically opened fire in the vicinity of the Palestinian fishing boats
sailing within two nautical miles.
